National School Grounds Week will take place again this year from the 8th to the 12th June. The event is organised by UK school charity Learning Through Landscapes. The theme this year is The Big Play Experiment which aims to get as many children as possible taking their recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity through outdoor play. As we all know, providing children with a challenging, creative outdoor space, gives them the best opportunities for healthy exercise, creative play, making friends and exploration of the natural world.
